Romania host Denmark in the World Cup qualification campaign in what might be a deciding clash between the two sides

Romania and Denmark currently both sit outside of the top two spots in group E, after both sides allowed unexpectedly slips in the opening four rounds of this World Cup qualification campaign.
Romania took four points from the two opening matches against Montenegro and Armenia, following an unexpected goalless draw against Kazakhstan and then a home defeat against Poland.
Romania coach Christoph Daum and his team have some troubles to find the net. They failed to score in their last two fixtures in the World Cup qualification campaign and couldn’t find the target in a friendly clash against Russia either in November.
Denmark started this campaign with a win against Armenia, but lost the two following matches against Poland and Montenegro. Therefore, Denmark needs a win in Romania to keep their ambitions of making it to the World Cup 2018 in Russia.
The Danish team misses Ajax starlet Kasper Dolberg and Nicolai Jørgensen, who are the Dutch Eredivisie Top Scorer with 19 goals this campaign due to injury.
The clash between the two sides will take places this evening with kick off at 20:45 CET at the Cluj Arena in Cluj-Napoca.
