Manchester City and West Ham are working out an agreement for Joe Hart.
The two clubs are having hard time agreeing on a deal about the England international. The Hammers are not willing to pay a loan fee along with all of his wages. They have reportedly made an offer in which they would pay a loan fee for Joe Hart but they would not cover all of his £130,000 weekly wage.
Manchester City want to sell the goalkeeper in a permanent deal but no club is willing to pay the fee of £20m for his services. Newcastle have also approached Manchester City, but Hart favours more a move to London.
Hart has to play regular football ahead of the upcoming World Cup but has two years left on his contract at City. If no deal comes through, he would have to stay at Manchester and fight for his place as a regular starter for the Citizens.
Apart from Joe Hart, Guardiola is also looking to offload Wilfried Bony, Elaquim Mangala, Samir Nasri and Jason Denayer.
