The goalkeeper is set for medical at West Ham on Monday.
Joe Hart will join West Ham on a season-long loan move. The Hammers also have an option to buy the England goalkeeper and City will cover part of his £120,000 weekly wage. The England international recently uploaded a picture of himself on the train with the caption: “on route to the next adventure”.
Hart has been told he is not part of City’s future by Pep Guardiola despite the fact he has two years left on his contract. The 30-year-old had an unimpressive loan spell in Serie A with Torino last season but is hoping to get back a regular starting spot in the Premier League before the 2018 World Cup.
West Ham’s captain Mark Noble has also shared a few words about Joe Hart as he thinks the goalkeeper was mistreated as Manchester City:
“He has been fantastic for England and for his club for the last 10 years and he probably deserves a little bit more respect.
“I’ve known Joe for a long time, we played for England Under-21s together years ago.
“He is obviously a fantastic goalie but at the minute he is not our player.
