Latest reports suggest that BVB might let the youngster go after all.
According to German outlets Kicker and RuhrNachrichten, Dortmund are demanding a price of €120m for Ousmane Dembélé. The 20-year-old was one of the most efficient footballers in the Bundesliga last season, and even though he has been only one season in Dortmund, he could be allowed to leave if an appropriate offers comes to the club.
Meanwhile the Spanish El Mundo Deportivo suggests that Borussia’s asking price is €150m and not €120m as stated in Germany.
Regardless of the price tag, Barcelona surely have the financial muscle to afford such a big signing following the move of Neymar to Paris Saint-Germain, which made the Catalans receive a cheque of €222m for the Brazilian.
