Milan’s current targets for the No.9 position are Costa, Kalinić and Aubameyang.
Massimiliano Mirabelli confirmed that Milan are interested in signing a number of carefully-selected targets. The Rossoneri have been on the lookout for a forward, but they are not going to rush things. Mirabelli, however, revealed three names that Milan are going to work on, and Torino’s Andrea Belotti is not one of them.
“Aubameyang would be fate: he was the first player I went to see live, my first [scouting] trip was for him,” the sporting director said to QS.
“New striker? We’re working on it and we can’t mess up: Kalinić and Diego Costa are on our list.
“Guarantees? Are [people] aware of what’s been said? If you sign Bonucci and Biglia, you know what you’re doing.
“The turning point of the summer was Donnarumma, a conquest on which to build everything else.”
