Kylian Mbappé is strongly linked with a move to PSG by both Spanish and French media.
According to the French L’Equipe, PSG are very close to signing the Monaco sensation on a five-year contract. Meanwhile the Spanish Marca claims that PSG and Monaco already have an agreement for the player worth 180 million euros.
Meanwhile former Monaco defender Abidal believes that his fellow countryman should not rush with joining a big club as he said:
“It’s not the time to move.” Abidal stated, according to BBC.
“It’s true that Mbappé has reached a high level really quickly, and he has had an amazing past six months, but now he has to confirm that level.
“He has to show he can be consistent, perform at a big competition like the World Cup with France, and then make his move.
“Right now, Monaco is the best club for him. There is not too much pressure. He is a quiet guy, only thinking of work. At a big club, there is pressure every day, and if you don’t score, even in one game, it is hard.”
