The Foxes midfielder is surely on his way out, but the final destination is yet to be cleared out.
Riyad Mahrez has been released by the Algerian national team so he can finalise a deal that will see him leave Leicester City. The winger has been linked with a move way from King Power Stadium throughout the whole summer, with Roma and Monaco showing interest in his services.
The latest teams to be linked with the services of Mahrez were Manchester United and Barcelona.
The midfielder spent the past week with the national squad, getting ready for the World Cup qualifier against Zambia on Saturday, but he has been now allowed to leave in order to complete his transfer, confirms a statement by the Algerian national squad’s twitter.
