The Swans have finally reached an agreement with Tottenham Hotspur.
The striker has been heavily linked with a move away from the club this summer, but the leading club for his signature was Chelsea.
Now it seems like it might be over for Conte’s side and they will miss out on the forward after Swansea have accepted an offer from the Blues’ rivals Tottenham worth £15 million.
According to BBC Sport reporter David Ornstein there is an agreement between the two clubs, which means that Pochettino might have lured a player that Chelsea has been after for weeks.

However, Chelsea are expected to come up with a counter offer, but there is still time until the end of the close-season to find out which team will be the next destination for Llorente.
