Considering there are now less than two months until the beginning of the World Cup in Russia, it is time to think about who might participate and who might miss the competition.
Brazil, who are one of the main favourites to win, will likely go without David Luiz, Danilo and Neymar as he recently underwent a surgery due to his serious foot injury.
Germany might have to leave Manuel Neuer behind due to injury. Other players likely to skip the competition are Gotze, Reus and Weigl.
Argentina’s Dybala, Icardi, Pastore and Rulli are all under question as to will they join their national team in Russia.
Cahill, Sturridge and Kane, the latter being out due to injury might have to take a break as well.
Nani, Eder, Pepe and Renato Sanches are just a few of the Portuguese under question if they will be joining their national team in Russia.
Sweden’s Ibrahimovic might have to miss the World Cup as well, but this is his personal decision only.
