Gareth Southgate would be willing to spend £200m only for one player in the world – and it’s the world’s most expensive player, Neymar, as the Englishman claims that he has got everything.

The coach of the national team of England said that the star player of his side’s upcoming opponent is the only player worth £200m as he has got every possible skill required. He said that the former Brazil captain is the biggest threat for his side in this friendly match and England should be fully focused to be able to defend him.

The former England U-21 coach spoke about Neymar as he said, according to Sky Sports“If there was to be one [worth £200m], you’d say it would be him. He is clearly one of the best players in the world at this moment in time.”

Gareth Southgate expects even tougher match than it was against Germany as his side managed to gain a 0-0 draw: “We are in for a much sterner test [than on Friday] I think because this Brazil team are much further down the road in terms of knowing what their best team is.”

He praised his upcoming opponent as he said that they are probably the best national team in the world right now: “They have a very clear way of playing, some outstanding individuals and an immense physical presence. So it’s a different challenge for us, as you’d expect we are playing the best team in the world who have annihilated everyone in the South American qualification which is the hardest way to the finals.”

Brazil eased through the South American World Cup qualification process, losing only one of their 18 games, and ending the campaign 10 points clear of second-placed Uruguay and as Southgate said, it’s very difficult to go through the qualification in South America like that but Brazil managed to do so.
