Reports emerged earlier today that Mohammed Salah’s agent “offered” the Liverpool star to Barcelona for a deal. That report has been strongly denied by Salah’s agent.
Salah only joined Liverpool last summer and enjoyed a stellar debut campaign at Anfield. But Spanish newspaper AS reported that the 25-year-old had been ‘offered’ to La Liga giants Barcelona by his agents.
His agent took to Twitter to refute the claim, saying that such thing never happened:

Salah scored 44 goals in 52 appearances in his first season at Liverpool and was named Football Writers’ Footballer of the Year and PFA Player of the Year. The £36m signing helped Liverpool to the Champions League final but was forced off with an injury as his side lost 3-1 to Real Madrid in Kiev.
And he faces a race against time to get fit for this summer’s World Cup campaign, where Egypt face hosts Russia, Saudi Arabia and Uruguay.
Salah was included in Egypt’s 23-man squad but Egypt coach Hector Cuper has admitted he is preparing for life without his star man.
