The Norway international footballer talked to the BBC about the impact the ex-Manchester United boss had on him
For Ole Gunnar Solskjaer, ex-Manchester United footballer and Norway club Molde coach, Sir Alex Ferguson had a big impact on his career.
In an interview with the BBC, Solskjaer talked about his relationship with the former Red Devil’s boss.
“Sir Alex taught me how not to become complacent and always keep the standards up,” Solskjaer said.
“Everything I know about managing top footballers I learned from him.”
“Earlier this summer he texted me and apologized for not replying earlier, which is typical of him,” he added.
“He always has time for everyone and I might text him tonight about the game.”
