Diogo Dalot has suggested that he could be about to make his long-awaited Manchester United debut in this Saturday’s trip to Watford

The 19-year-old arrived at Old Trafford this summer from FC Porto in a £19m deal.

However, Dalot is yet to feature for United due to a lingering knee injury.

During pre-season, United boss Jose Mourinho announced that he wasn’t expecting Dalot to be available for selection until the second month of the campaign.

And now the Portugal Under-21 international appears ready to make his Premier League debut at Vicarage Road.

“Have a good week everybody. Getting ready for Saturday,” he wrote on Twitter.

Dalot’s return will likely be a welcome boost for United following left-back Luke Shaw’s horrific injury in England’s 2-1 defeat to Spain at the weekend.
