Liverpool Football Club have reportedly made an offer in the region of £26million for Abdulkadir Omur.

According to Sports Mole, the Trabzonspor midfielder has already made 56 first-team appearances for the Turkish club despite still being a teenager, scoring six times and registering 10 assists in the process.

The 19-year-old has been linked with a host of clubs including Tottenham Hotspur, but reports in the Turkish press say Liverpool have made an offer of just shy of £27m as they look to complete the signing of Omur during the January transfer window.

Omur, who has shown his incredible versatility by playing both in midfield and in the final third for Trabzonspor, has managed two goals and four assists in 17 matches in all competitions for the Super Lig club this season.

Liverpool are looking to strengthen their squad as they plan to hold off the challenge of Manchester City and Tottenham Hotspur in the race for their first Premier League title in 28 years.
