Neymar has received a three-games ban in La Liga after being sent off against Malaga. As things currently stand, the Brazilian will miss the El Clasico. But Barcelona are planing to follow all available legal routes to have the whole MSN trio available for the biggest game on the planet.

Josep Vives, club board spokesperson has indicated that Barcelona will “follow the legal procedure, we have the time and the arguments.”

The club will first appeal the suspension at the Competition Committee of La Liga. If the appeal will be turned down, they are then planning to go further with the appeal at the Court of Arbitration for Sport. Barcelona are hoping that this legal action will ensure the suspension of the suspension until the matter is clarified and therefore will allow Neymar to play in the El Clasico.
