Watford winger and AC Milan target Gerard Deulofeu is keen on moving to a top European club.
Deulofeu who has previously played for Barca and Everton was close to a switch to Milan in January but the Rossoneri could not strike a deal with Watford.
Nonetheless, the 24-year-old admits a return to San Siro could be on the cards as in the bid to play for a top team in Europe.
“Watford has a certain profile but for now it’s not a top club,” he revealed via Football Italia.
“We’re eighth in the table, fighting to finish seventh and qualify for Europe, but I cannot close the door to other teams.
“I’m focused on Watford but of course my objective is to play for a top team, that’s normal, just like any other professional.
“I was doing great at Milan, then I came back to Barca. I had my opportunities, perhaps not enough of them, then I went a month without playing.

“I’m a guy who likes to play a lot, I don’t like being on the bench or missing games so I came here to Watford so I could play as much as possible. I’m happy with my decision.”
Watford are in action against League leaders Man City at the Etihad and Deulofeu will be aiming to be at his maximum best for both the Hornets and potential suitors.
