Jurgen Klopp’s appointment now looks like one of the wisest moves from Liverpool’s board in decades as the team is approaching Premier League glory.
One of Klopp’s discoveries in Liverpool is the brilliant right-back, Trent Alexander-Arnold.
He and Robertson are often the team’s main creative outlets out wide.
However, Alexander-Arnold credits Klopp with his constant improvement.
“He is someone who has really made me who I am today,” the English defender said according to AS.
“Someone who has pushed me to get better every day, someone who has given me so many opportunities that I will never be able to repay all that confidence.
“He has helped me in every way.”
Liverpool are marching towards the title with just one winless match in the league so far.
Today they face the struggling Watford in an attempt to continue their historic streak.
