Mino Raiola has a change of heart on Paul Pogba and Manchester United, now insisting there was no disrespect and that he may be at United for some time yet.
Paul Pogba’s future at United takes another twist and turn. Agent Mino Raiola insists there was no disrespect meant to the club or its manager. He even hints at a possible future at United for his client.
His client Paul Pogba’s future at his current employers Manchester United has been hampered as much by Raiola’s insinuations as it has the player’s injuries.
After months of crossed words between agent and manager, there now appears to be a change of tactics.
United’s stance has never changed or wavered. Pogba is their player end of the story.
Raiola has spoken of new challenges and his client’s desire, and interested parties and the club knowing what the player wants.
Speaking to Sky Sports though he had some very carefully chosen words that paint a much different picture.
“I will reach out to Ole because nothing serious is going on.”
“I certainly did not intend to have any disrespect to the club or towards him.”
“Having players at Manchester United, I only want the best for the team and the club.”
“There are no talks with any clubs at the moment.”
“Paul has a great commitment to the club, there is no question about that.”
“Paul has a contract with Manchester United and wants to get back fit as quickly as possible and back into the team to be a positive factor until the end of the season.”
“He is only committed to Manchester United and he respects his contract.”
Pogba himself has remained quiet. He did post a video to his Instagram signing a Manchester United shirt for a funny fan.
