Chelsea booked their Europa League final place with a penalty shootout victory over Eintracht Frankfurt at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea had looked like they were going through after Ruben Loftus-Cheek fired them in from with a composed finish.

Mauricio Pochettino ‘motivated’ to stay at Tottenham

Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino has no plans on walking out of the club as there is still unfinished business to attend to.

Luka Jovic levelled the scores, though, when he escaped David Luiz and calmly finished past Kepa Arrizabalaga.

That goal sent the tie to penalties as neither side was capable of finding a winner in added on time. Kepa then proved to be the hero as he saved two penalties in the shootout to send his side to the final. Here’s what we learned from the game:
