As Declan Rice, Callum Hudson-Odoi and Jadon Sancho starred for England this week, Jack Grealish had to watch on jealously.

Had things gone to plan Grealish would be a part of this England squad at present. Unfortunately for him, fate has worked against him.

Aston Villa’s status as a Championship club means he is often overlooked, while an injury earlier in this campaign stopped him during a strong run of form.
