Analysis – Four stars from the Copa America quarter-finals

So the Copa America quarter-finals are now done with, and the final four of the competition is settled.

Brazil, hosts of this Copa America, progressed via penalties past Paraguay and will meet Argentina, who were 2-0 winners over Venezuela.

Chile also saw off Colombia via the penalty shootout route, while Peru needed Luis Suarez to miss a penalty in their shootout to get past Uruguay.
