The Champions League returned this week as the final eight in the competition all met in the first legs of the quarterfinals.

On Tuesday, Liverpool hosted Porto in their Champions League quarter-final, coming out 1-0 winners. Tottenham beat Manchester City at White Hart Lane by the same scoreline.
