Bernd Leno had to wait a while to become Arsenal’s number one. It’s a role he’s made his own now.

The German admitted it took him some time to adapt to the Premier League but that period is now over. He’s showing he has all the attributes to be number one moving forward.

His double save here was nothing short of exceptional and one the world’s best goalkeepers would be proud of.

Leno isn’t at that level, but he’s started regularly producing for the Gunners. That position is one that’s no longer a problem moving forward.
