Gareth Bale plans to expand his business and open a second bar in Cardiff city later this year.
After booking a place in the Euro 2020 with a victory over Hungary in September last year, Gareth Bale and his national teammates celebrated along with a flag that had the following inscription: “Wales. Golf. Madrid. In That Order.”
The forward just played for 15 minutes in Real Madrid’s loss against Manchester City in February. He increasingly appears to be out of Zinedine Zidane‘s future plans. Bale had also come under criticism for prioritizing Golf as opposed to keeping his focus on football.
But Bale does not care. Moreover, his upcoming venture will have two of the three things from his flag’s message that saw him face the wrath of the Real Madrid fans.
The 30-year old is going to open his second bar-restaurant which will be called Par 59. The bar will be in the basement of a city center building. It will have several mini-golf courses.
“This business [Par 59] brings people together who like to go out, drink or not, and play golf, which is a passion for many people here.”
