Barcelona traveled to Madrid in order to face Leganes, as the Catalans were hoping to keep the top of the table solely theirs.

It started out the worst possible way for Barcelona.

El Nesyri scored to make it 1-0 for the hosts. It looked like the away match demons are coming for the Catalans once again.

However, Blaugrana hit back through – how else – but Messi’s set-piece.

He crossed the ball perfectly onto Luis Suarez’s head, who tied the score.

However, Blaugrana couldn’t ride the success wave afterwards. It remained 1-1 until Arturo Vidal was the quickest to react in the box in the 80th minute.

Thus, Barca took the 2-1 home with a lot of issues to fix.

Blaugrana will now host Borussia Dortmund in a key Champions League matchup.
