According to a report from Spain, Lautaro Martinez has agreed on personal terms with Barcelona, with both clubs just left to agree on a price for the forward.

Lautaro Martinez to Barcelona could be one step closer, going by a growing report from Spain.

The 22-year-old has been the most prominent surrounding Barcelona all summer with respect to transfer rumors.

So strong the rumors have been that some reports even claimed Lionel Messi phoned Lautaro and tried to convince him to join the Catalan giants.

Spanish publication AS claim that Barcelona have agreed on an annual salary of €12m with the 22-year-old.

Inter have also been linked with forwards of late, suggesting they could potentially be making plans ahead for a Lautaro replacement.

As per the report, any final transfer could finally depend on both Barcelona and Inter agreeing on a transfer fee.

Inter director Piero Ausilio recently stated that the only way Barca can sign Lautaro is to pay his release clause.

That could yet prove to be the final piece of the transfer puzzle for the Spanish giants.

Lautaro has already been tipped to play for Barcelona and see his abilities improve playing alongside compatriot Lionel Messi.
