Blind hopes Ibrahimović will be part of the Red Devils again

The Dutch player hopes Zlatan will join Manchester United once he has returned from his injury.

Manchester United player Daley Blind says Ibrahimović “makes everything better” amid rumours that the attacker might sign a short-term contract at Old Trafford.

The 35-year-old had an impressive season under Jose Mourinho as he picked up a cruciate injury in a Europa League game against Anderlecht in April. Ever since there has been a lot of speculation about the future of The Swede even though he has been allowed to complete his recovery at Manchester United’s training ground.

Despite the fact high-profile striker Lukaku just  joined the club, Blind would like to see Ibra in a red shirt once again:

“He would again be another big signing,” Blind told NBC Sports. “Last year he gave a big boost to the team.

“He is still a great player and great person and he makes everything better.”

Blind was also impressed with Lukaku and he believes the Belgian is a player of great quality:

“[Lukaku] is a great signing, a great player and a great person as well, now that I have met him for a while,” the Netherlands international said.

“He works very hard, he is very eager to score goals and very eager to help his team-mates and create chances, so I am very happy he scored his first goal and I think there are many more to come.”
