Juventus defender Leonardo Bonucci has given his verdict on the team’s latest Champions League quarter-final draw against Ajax.
Both teams have one thing in common, they eliminated the two Madrid teams in the last round of games.
However, on paper, Juve looks like the best side to scale through and history is on their side considering their previous encounters.

The Dutch giants are yet to beat the Italian in their last five meetings, their last victory can be traced back to the 1973 European Cup triumph.
And Leonardo Bonucci, interviewed by Sky Sports, commented on the draw: “It is a stimulating draw, we will have a team that runs so much, dynamic, that has a lot of quality.
The defender praised Ronaldo for his heroics in the Atletic clash as well as the effort of the whole team combined.
“After the victory with Atletico I congratulated Cristiano Ronaldo because he was an alien, but the whole team was good, each of us was able to give our best.
“I also felt it with the exultation of players out of the field as Barzagli, Cuadrado, De Sciglio and Douglas Costa.
“Now we have much more awareness, we are an aggressive team that press forward, we can do so much.”
Despite commanding a healthy 18-point gap ahead of second-placed Napoli, Bonucci claimed they are not going to slow down their pace.

“The quarter-finals will be played in about a month, and meanwhile, Juventus has a championship yet to win.
On Sunday Massimiliano Allegri’s team will play at Marassi to face Genoa.
“In recent years he has been a difficult opponent, we have to be careful” concluded Bonucci.
