BREAKING: Romelu Lukaku arrives in Milano for Inter deal

Video evidence of Romelu Lukaku arriving in Milano just surfaced, the Belgian player closed a new deal with Internazionale.

After so much negotiation and a first bid that was rejected by Manchester United, Sky Sports reports that Romelu Lukaku finally sealed his transfer to Internazionale Milano on Wednesday.

The transfer deadline in England is set to close next Friday at midnight, which means that all the clubs from the Premier League have less than 48 hours to complete all the signings they can.

However, exits will still be permitted because the European deadline doesn’t close until September the 2nd.

Lukaku was being courted by both Internazionale Milano and Juventus, the Belgium international went through a relatively successful period at Everton while he was on loan from Chelsea.

Manchester United decided to sign him during the same season that Paul Pogba and Jose Mourinho arrived at the club.

During the two seasons he played for the Red Devils, the striker never really proved that he was good enough to play at a club as great as Manchester United.

During his time with that club, Lukaku only scored 42 goals in 96 matches. This number may be acceptable for other clubs of less tradition or recognition, but it’s simply unacceptable for Manchester United.

Lukaku quickly fell from grace at the club, the fans knew that he needed to leave because they require a world-class striker to help them compete for all the titles.

Conte quickly convinced Lukaku.

With the failure that he was at Manchester United, Romelu Lukaku knew that he probably needed a new challenge if he wanted to grow his career.

Italian manager Antonio Conte arrived at Internazionale Milano with the plan to sign a powerful striker, his intention was to sign someone who could replace Mauro Icardi.

The Argentine striker was recently announced to leave the club due to a major disagreement with the board of directors.

This imminent exit prompted Conte to act as quickly as possible and his first option was always Lukaku, but the negotiations with Manchester United wouldn’t be easy.

The Red Devils don’t currently have a player who can replace the striker, but they also can’t hold anybody against their will because they won’t participate in this season’s Champions League.

The club is literally against the wall with many of their players, that also includes Paul Pogba and other major stars who are foreign.

Firmino is like Cantona according to Bruce

Newcastle United manager and former Manchester United captain Steve Bruce thinks Roberto Firmino is like Eric Cantona. In an interview reported by The Mirror, Bruce...

The English club initially rejected a first offer for €75 million, they considered being way below what they actually requested for their striker.

We reported earlier that a second bid was presented and both clubs finally reached an agreement.

The final offer for Lukaku was of €84 million, which will be divided in €71 for an initial fee, plus another €13 million in variables.

After this agreement was reached, the player was spotted in his agent’s business plane flying to Italy.

The big news finally came late at night, when Lukaku was spotted through a video shared by journalist Fabrizio Romano of the player arriving at the Milano airport.

The plan is that Romelu will take the medical exam early on Thursday, and he will then proceed to sign the new contract for his new club.

Manchester United accepted this offer without closing any deals for strikers, this obviously has a lot of fans completely confused because they don’t know what is going to happen at United over the next 48 hours.

If Paul Pogba also leaves and there are no new arrivals, we might even have a massive protest from the Mancunian fans because they don’t like the direction that the club is currently going.

The Red Devils have very little time to land at least a couple new players who can help the squad compete for titles this season.
