The Portuguese footballer scored on his international debut with his country against Scotland and has been having a great time with Wolverhampton Wanderers this season
Former England national team footballer and Wolverhampton Wanderers legend Steve Bull is full of praise for Portuguese player Helder Costa.
The Wolves footballer scored on his debut with the national team against Scotland, the same thing that happened to Bull when he started his international career.
“I’m very pleased for him. Fair play to him,” was quoted by The Sports Lens.
“It is an intimidating place to go and play, never mind score, so fair play. He deserves it.”
“When he got injured, he was a different player altogether – he came back quite slow, sluggish,” he added.
“He’s back to his best now though and it’s absolutely tremendous, for Wolves and Portugal. It’s brilliant.”
