Dani Ceballos has raised more questions than answers over his future as he confesses about his love for Real Madrid as well as Real Betis.
Dani Ceballos endured a turbulent start to his loan spell at Arsenal, but he managed to become a key element in the team towards the second half of the season.
Ceballos most recently helped his side to FA Cup success as they defeated Chelsea 2-1 at Wembley on Saturday.
After football resumed in June, he played in each of the 13 matches. He started in each of the games too, with the 2-1 win over Liverpool being the only exception.
The 23-year-old is now approaching the end of his loan spell at Emirates and will soon return to Real Madrid.
Amid the talks of his future, Ceballos is hesitant to commit his future to Arsenal as he lauds his parent club while also hints at a link-up with another former team.
“I haven’t spoken to Real Madrid yet, but anyone who wears that shirt is happy. Madrid are better than any club in the world,” Ceballos told El Partidazo de COPE.
“We’ll see about my future. I’m not thinking about whether or not I can play for Real Madrid, Arsenal or another club.
“[Real Betis] know the love I have for them and we’ve been in contact all season. Betis means a lot to me.”
