Brendan Rodgers won his seventh trophy as Celtic lifted the League Cup after defeating Aberdeen 1-0 at Hampden on Sunday.
Despite dominating for the majority of the match, Ryan Christie’s first-half goal was enough for Celtic to defend their Betfred League Cup trophy.
After winning trebles in his last two seasons at the club, Brendan Rodgers was delighted to add another trophy to his haul.

“It was a very satisfying win for us today,” Rodgers told the club’s website.
“The players showed a lot of heart and a lot of fight after the run of games that we’ve had, especially Thursday night, and Aberdeen are a very tough team to come in and play because they’re very strong and physical.
“I take great pride in the fact we’ve now won seven trophies in a row, and it feels great, but my happiness is more for the players and the supporters.
“The players deserve a huge amount of credit because they’ve been amazing since I’ve come in.”
