Jude Bellingham is set to be subject of a transfer battle between Manchester United and Chelsea with the Blues trying to hijack his transfer.

Jude Bellingham is wanted by a number of clubs but was heavily linked with Manchester United in the winter window.

Football in England has come to a halt and the unprecedented pause midway through the season has seen several moves be put on hold.

Clubs are unclear as to the financial ramifications with Covid-19 causing fixtures to be postponed indefinitely.

But before leagues were suspended, the Blues had held talks with Bellingham and his representatives over a potential move to west London.

Chelsea and United are set to go at it for most of the summer with both clubs also eyeing Jadon Sancho.

Sancho’s employers, Borussia Dortmund, are also one of the clubs interested in Bellingham as per the Daily Mail.

There were already reports the youngster and his parents visited United’s training centre in Carrington this January.

Bellingham has been a key player for Championship side Birmingham this season and is well primed to make a move this summer. Where he will end up remains an uncertainty and we’ll just have to see how it plays out.
