Lautaro Martinez was recently hailed by countryman Lionel Messi but Antonio Conte doesn’t expect such talks to distract the 22-year-old.
Martinez is a darling in the eyes of many clubs as he continues to be widely chased by a good number of them.
The likes of Manchester City, Barcelona and Real Madrid have recently been linked for his services and it is Messi’s recent praise that seemed to intensify those rumours.
The Barcelona captain mentioned he wouldn’t mind his fellow countryman at the club and with that, the future of Martinez at Inter continues to remain in doubt.
However, manager Antonio Conte is not bothered by all of this and believes his talented forward is fully committed at the club.
“The boy is fully concentrated,” Conte said at a news conference via Goal on Saturday. “He is doing well and must continue in this way.
“He has grown a lot over the last year and is only 22. He is committed and I am happy to have him available.”
Martinez has been in fine form for Inter this season, scoring 11 league goals in 21 matches.
