Cristiano Ronaldo has scored for the 11th consecutive Serie A game, equalling the record set by Gabriel Batistuta and Fabio Quagliarella.

Cristiano Ronaldo has hit a major career landmark as he hit 1000 competitive appearances with his feature against SPAL.

The Juventus talisman has been in fine form for the Bianconeri and continued to defy all odds despite his age.

The Portuguese had double reason for joy after scoring yet another goal fr his side against SPAL.

That goal saw him equal a Serie A record for the most consecutive goals in the competition.

It was his consecutive goal scored in 11 league games as per Opta.

Ronaldo would be lopking to make that record his own strictly when Juventus face Inter next week in the Derby d’Italia that could well define who wins the Serie A this season.

With that strike, Ronaldo takes his league tally to an impressive 21 league goals in as many games. He’s 35 by the way!
