The Ajax footballer said he learned a lot from his former coach in Manchester United and that all worked well with him

José Mourinho doesn’t need to be praised.

The so-called Special One has always divided opinions, one side of the fans love him, the other hates him.

But what is clear, is the impact he has had on players, like ex-Manchester United footballer Daley Blind.

The now Ajax player spoke to The Express and praised his old boss.

“I learned a lot from him. He is a winner. And he can project that very well on a group”, he said.

“I almost played 150 matches. I won four trophies at United.”

“I had a very beautiful time. I had many nice moments there,” he added.

“I am very grateful to the fans. I worked very nice[ly] with Mourinho.”
