The Welsh international footballer has scored three goals in the last four Premier League matches and has won the praise of his club’s captain
With only 21-years of age, English midfielder David Brooks has been having a great season with Bournemouth in the English Premier League.
This weekend his team won 3-0 against Fulham and the youngster scored his third goal in his last four matches.
And that has gained the praise of his captain, Simon Francis.
“He’s settled in really well with the lads. He’s been a real breath of fresh air for us,” Francis told the team’s official website.
“He’s very laid back off the pitch, which I think is why he’s looked so calm and assured on it.”
“He’s provided that left foot out wide that we haven’t really had for a couple of years, probably since Matt Ritchie left really,” he added.
“His signing has added another dimension to us going forward and he’s been excellent so far.”
“He can also still improve, and we’re looking forward to seeing him continue to develop,” Francis concluded.
