Aston Villa manager Dean Smith is happy with his side’s current form and has commended the players for maintaining a fearless stance on the pitch.
Dean Smith who spoke to Aston Villa TV after the 2-2 draw away to West Bromwich Albion on Friday night said: “There are lots of positives. We’ve had a tough run of fixtures on paper. The lads are playing really well and fear no one.
‘’We have to keep coming to places like this and being as aggressive as we were second half.”
The manager also spoke On players Neil Taylor and Jack Grealish injuries:
“Taylor picked up a hamstring injury and will have to have some treatment on that now for the next few weeks.”
“We’ll have to assess fully but it’s a hamstring injury.”
“Grealish has had a sore shin for the last few weeks and has been getting through it.”
Today, he couldn’t quite make it until the end.”
