Diogo Dalot: Top-four achievable for Man Utd

Manchester United full-back Diogo Dalot believes a top-four Premier League finish remains a realistic goal following Wednesday’s 2-2 draw against Arsenal

The 19-year-old made his first league start for United after arriving at Old Trafford in June from FC Porto for £19m.

However, Dalot was unable to help prevent United’s winless streak in the Premier League extend to four games with eight points separating them from fourth-place Chelsea.

But the Portuguese youngster is confident they will reach the top-four come to the end of the season.

“We sleep thinking about getting into the top four and we wake thinking about getting into the top four,” said Dalot, according to the Independent.

“For sure we will get there. It is our main goal, for now, to get into the top for and I think are will get there.”

The Red Devils will next face Fulham at Old Trafford this Saturday.

“Fulham is a big game now,” added Dalot.

“One of the things I have noticed in England is that there are no weak games in the Premier League. There is no game in which you can relax. We need the points to climb the table.

“We are improving and we are fighting to get results and I think we are getting better.”

Dalot has made three appearances in total for United this season.
