One of the finest football teams in the world have managed to unearth their next future star. Manchester United have said that Alejandro Garnacho is being very impressive.

The academy has produced a lot of great athletes in the past and he could well be next on the production line. You also have Kobbie Mainoo. He is 17 years of age and he looks to be following Anthony Elanga to the first-team squad. Mainoo managed to score twice during the Brighton game and he also helped them to take the lead. He volleyed the ball from the corner after he was left unmarked. Of course, the Seagulls then scored twice, helping them to take the lead at the Leigh Sporting Village. Mainoo then fired home another goal which helped to solidify the game.

He made the step up from the under-18’s division and it is safe to say that his strikes against the Brighton side were his finest yet. A lot of people were impressed with how well he did and at the end of the day, it looks like he has really shown everyone what he can do. He was able to sign his very first contract within the club in May and it looks like United have been keeping an eye on him and everything he is doing. If you have ever bet on United through BetFIRST then you will know how much potential they have shown in the past and it looks like things are only going to get better from here.

United are Meeting with Agents

Apparently, United have met with Argentine’s agents and they are going to talk over the coming days. They want to try and get a contract that will keep him with Old Trafford until the year 2025. Ten Hag has claimed that he is more than open to the idea of giving him a shot at the club as he worked with him quite intensively during the pre-season. He has been getting to know some of the more promising young players over the summer period and he has said that if a player happens to show the right ability along with the right attitude then there is no reason why they should not be able to get their chance. He wants this to be the case irrespective of their reputation or their age.

The Teenagers and the Europa League

Charlie McNeill and Garnacho have made appearances at the Europea League and they have also come off the bench in the two EU games. McNeill was substituted when the team lost at Sociedad. At the end of the day, it is safe to assume that football is a ruthless game but this is going to only amp up over time. It’s not evident to see what could happen in the future but right now it seems like there is a lot of tension in the market and new talent emerging is putting more pressure on coaches to make the right calls.
