Borussia Dortmund has moved to put an end to the Jadon Sancho saga and any possible January move.

Jadon Sancho has been a target for most of Europe’s elite for several months now.

However, since his recent falling out with Dortmund manager Lucien Favre, speculation has heightened.

An exit from Germany as early as January has been talked about, with Manchester United and Liverpool heading up the list of suitors.

While there has been little said on the matter by manager Favre, Dortmund’s sporting director Michael Zorc has spoken.

In an interview reported by Goal, Zorc insists that after clear the air talks, there is no longer an issue.

He expects the player to commit, perform and stay at the club.

Zorc said:

“We’ve cleared everything internally in the team and with the player.”

“It’s done, we’re looking forward. Jadon is another regular player and he is part of our team.”

“I do not have the impression that he wants to prepare for a January move. We talked to him and his agency.”

“We hope he shows his best possible performance tomorrow.”
