Paulo Dybala has taken the opportunity once again to reiterate his desire to play in the same team as Paul Pogba.
Paul Pogba and Paulo Dybala enjoyed a rich vein of form together when the Frenchman was at Juventus.
World Cup winner Pogba left the Bianconeri and Dybala to rejoin Manchester United back in 2016.
The Argentine came close to a reunion last summer when he was almost signed by the Red Devils.
However, now Pogba may be departing Old Trafford, and Dybala’s Juventus side are said to be in the running to bring him back to the Allianz Stadium.
Speaking to UEFA.com, Dybala has fond memories of their time in the same team and hopes someday it will happen again.
“I couldn’t overlook a shirt like this, of course.”
“It’s from Manchester, from my friend Paul, whom I admire as a person even more than as a football player.”
“I had the chance to share great things with him and hopefully I can repeat that someday.”
Dybala has enjoyed a solid season as Cristiano Ronaldo’s sidekick at Juventus, but it remains to be seen if he will stick around at Juventus or meet up with his old friend elsewhere.
