It is time to talk about the most daunting tasks that Eden Hazard has ahead of him now that he is a new Real Madrid Galactico.
The most difficult part has only just begun for Eden Hazard as a new Real Madrid player, he has quite the daunting task ahead of him.
We still don’t know if he will be able to accomplish all his goals at the biggest club in the world, but he will certainly try to do it.
The Belgian international comes to a club that has already won 13 Champions League trophies in history, which makes it the most successful in the competition.
Eden Hazard’s major task is to help the institution win more trophies and enlarge its legend as the most successful club ever.
The best way to do that for him, will be to be his own self and never think about emulating what other players did in the past.
Thinking that he can fill the void Cristiano Ronaldo left is the first mistake he simply can’t make, Eden Hazard needs to know that his abilities are very unique.
Another great task for him is to understand the hierarchy that already exists in the club, he is not the boss around here as he was at Chelsea.
Sergio Ramos is the club’s captain and there are other players who are slightly above him in the food chain.
Eden already tried his luck in this aspect by asking Modric for the number ’10’ as a joke, he obviously got a resounding ‘NO’.

Hazard moves away from the ‘Galactico’ label.
“My dream is to have fun out on the pitch and win games. When a player comes to Real Madrid, he wants to win trophies,” said Hazard on Real Madrid’s official website.
“I hope to win as many titles as possible and make history with Real Madrid. At Real Madrid, the team is the star.”
“I’ve been at Chelsea for 7 years and now I’m going to give it my all for this group. The fans are demanding because the club is demanding.”
“A club that wants to win everything and it’s normal the people expect the best. The key thing is to work as hard as possible on the pitch.”
“I have come here to give my best for Real Madrid and I hope the fans will be happy. I don’t think it’s too late, I’m 28 years old. I’m at the peak of my career.”
“Between 27 and 32 is the best time for a footballer. I’ve held the dream of playing here for a long time. I’ve spent time at Lille and Chelsea.”
“Now was the time to talk about a before and after in my career. I’m coming to the world’s biggest club and that will help me to progress.”
“I’ll do my best to become the best player in the world. But first, I wanted to be playing for the best team in the world.”
“I’ve enjoyed a lot of success with Chelsea and I want to win a lot with Real Madrid. Now I’ve got a new challenged and I’m ready.”
“I’m not a galactico, not yet. I hope I will be one day. I’m Eden Hazard,” he added.

Eden also knows he may not be the last transfer.
Even though we are aware that Eden Hazard already is one of the best players in the world, even he knows that he may not be enough for Real Madrid’s attempt to get back to the top.
The Belgian player knows that facing FC Barcelona in La Liga will be one of the biggest challenges of his career, which is why he knows that the club will possibly go after two more players in the transfer market.
Paul Pogba is the one that Florentino Perez has the biggest chance of signing next, but Los Blancos won’t go crazy over him.
If Paul’s transfer falls apart, they will go after Christian Eriksen from Tottenham Hotspur.
The impossible dream remains Kylian Mbappe, Eden Hazard knows that this young player is the one that people really want for the new project and he doesn’t mind it.
When the press asked him about the arrival of the two French players, he was very honest about it.
“I’m not here to discuss transfers,” added Hazard during the press conference.
“I come to play with the best. There are new players already and we’ll have some time to adapt.”
“It’s true that we want to play with the best and the guys you’ve mentioned are two of those but I don’t decide these things,” he concluded.
💭👉 "As the president said, my dream ever since I was a little boy has been to play for @RealMadrid. Now I'm here and I want to enjoy this moment."#WelcomeHazard | #HalaMadrid pic.twitter.com/2ZZYXthiXU
