Lionel Messi surrendered the victory and a personal record in today’s El Clasico and worse still all in the presence of his nemesis Cristiano Ronaldo.

Thirteen years ago, Lionel Messi became the youngest scorer in an El Clasico fixture. The Argentinian was 19 years and 259 days old when he scored his first goal against Los Blancos for Barcelona.

In the 71st minute of today’s El Clasico, Messi and company conceded the goal that set Real Madrid on the road to victory.

That goal was also scored by Brazilian forward wit the name Vinicius Junior, and he is 19 years and 233 days old.

If that wasn’t bad enough, just to rub more salt in Messi’s wound, he celebrated with a copy cat of Messi’s nemesis Cristiano Ronaldo.

Ronaldo was present at today’s match, and it appeared that he appreciated both the Real Madrid man’s goal and dedicated style of celebration.
