Ronaldo, meanwhile, hasnât joined the United squad for their pre-season tour due to âpersonal reasonsâ.

âCristiano is not for saleâ
Speaking ahead of the clubâs friendly against Liverpool in Thailand, Ten Hag revealed he has not spoken to Ronaldo since these exit reports emerged.
âHeâs not with us, itâs due to personal issues,â said the Red Devils boss in a press conference.
âWe are planning with Cristiano Ronaldo for this season. Iâm looking forward to working with him.
âHe hasnât told me he wants to leave. I have read but what I say, Cristiano is not for sale. He is in our plans and we want to have success together.â
Ten Hag added: âI spoke with him before this issue came up. I had a conversation with him and a real good talk.
âThat is between Cristiano and me. Only what I can confirm is that we had a really good conversation together.â
