The Spanish midfielder joined the Italian Lega Serie A club last year, and he still has a five-year contract to respect.
Spanish midfielder Fabian Ruiz started his professional career in 2014 when he played for Real Betis in La Liga.
He was loaned once in 2017 to Elche, but in 2018 his services were acquired by Napoli in the Italian Lega Serie A.
And just as he’s going to finish his first season with the Partenopei, there have been many rumors he might leave them in the summer, but his agent has said he will not.
“Fabian’s impact has been very positive,” agent Rodolfo Orife was quoted by Football Italia.
“We’re proud of what he’s doing, it gives us great satisfaction. It wasn’t difficult for him to adapt.”
He added: “The south of Spain is very similar to Naples, so he was able to adapt very well to his new adventure.”
“Fabian’s versatility is one of the characteristics that make him important.”
“If I had to say where I saw him best, I’d say in the middle, particularly in a line of three,” he continued.
“We’re focused on Napoli, where he has a five-year contract.”
“Fabian’s very happy about his international call-up because last time he wasn’t unlucky and was struck by a sudden illness, although it was nothing serious,” the agent said.
“It was a very high fever, which prevented him from playing.”
