Fenerbahce rule out move for Moussa Sissoko

Fenerbahce have made it clear that they are not interested in signing Tottenham midfielder Moussa Sissoko.

Fenerbahce have been linked with a move for Moussa Sissoko ahead of the transfer window deadline at the end of the week.

According to Team Talk, the Turkish club has revealed they have not made contact with Spurs, essentially distancing themselves from the rumours and speculation.

They said in an official statement on their website: “Regarding a transfer of Moussa Sissoko to our club, there has been no contact with the player, the manager or the club.”

Sissoko was Tottenham Hotspur’s joint-record signing when he arrived from Newcastle in 2016.

Rio Ferdinand tells Harry Kane to consider Spurs exit

Rio Ferdinand advised Harry Kane to consider quitting Tottenham should the striker harbour hopes of winning silverware in the future.

He did not play a part as Tottenham defeated Manchester United 3-0 at Old Trafford on Monday night.

Since moving to Tottenham Hotspurs two years ago, the former Newcastle United midfielder has found life tough, making only 24 Premier League starts and 59 total appearances scoring just one goal.
