Bruno Fernandes gave another inspirational performance, that led Manchester United to a 5-0 win on the night over Club Bruges.

Manchester United won 5-0 on the night and 6-1 on aggregate as they advanced to the Round of 16 of the Europa League.

It was a performance inspired once again by their big winter signing Bruno Fernandes.

The Red Devils came out of the blocks at lightning speed.

But for some amazing reflex goalkeeping from Simon Mignolet in the Bruges goal. It could have been three or four-nil inside of the first 15 minutes.

But Bruno Fernandes opened the scoring with a penalty in the 27th minute. After a deliberate handball from Deli meant he saw red too.

Only seven minutes later United’s other winter signing Odion Ighalo got his first goal for the club.

Before the half time break, a returning from injury Scott McTominay got on the score sheet in the 41st minute.

The second half saw Solskjaer make some changes over the next 45 minutes.

The introduction of Lingard, Greenwood, and Chong meant Fernandes, McTominay, and James could be rested.

Even with the changes, the Red Devils still dominated.

There were still more goals in United. This time it was Fred. The Brazilian midfielder got a brace.

One in the 81st minute and his second in the 93rd minute.
