Diego Dalot says his Portuguese compatriot Bruno Fernandes is settling in at Manchester United perfectly.
Bruno Fernandes arrived at Manchester United a couple of weeks ago. However, his impact at the club has been immense.
After a decent debut against Wolves, he has now been on a winter training camp with his new teammates. It is here that he has really had the chance to get to know them and find his feet at the club.
It is not uncommon for a new player to need some time to adapt and settle down.
Fernandes is not the only Portuguese player at United. He has a friend in compatriot Diogo Dalot, who arrived 18 months earlier from Porto.
Speaking to the club’s official website manutd.com, Dalot insists Fernades has settled in easily.
“It is like he has been here for two years already.”
“He is getting on very well with the lads, it is very good to have him here, it is very good for me, and very good for the team.”
“He is a fantastic player and a fantastic person, so it is one more to help the team.”
United will be hoping this can transfer on to the field of play in a game day as well.
