Paris Saint-Germain forward, Edinson Cavani, is enjoying his time in China where he went fishing and explained how it is like football.
Paris Saint-Germain is on tour in the East of China.
And one player who is really loving it is forward Edinson Cavani, who has been fishing in the Yangzi Jiang delta.
“I love nature! It’s magnificent here. It’s really interesting to get to know these types of places here in China,” he told the club’s official website.
“I love everything about fishing! I try and do it as much as possible.”
“It offers you the opportunity to relax,” he said.
“Football isn’t just about getting on the pitch and playing. There’s a lot more to it than that and sometimes it can be very tiring.”
Cavani explained: “Sometimes it’s good to be able to get away and enjoy nature, the calm, the tranquility, without all the pressure.”
“It’s great for recharging the batteries. The most important things for me are family, friends, and nature.”
And he compared his both loves: “Fishing is like football. You have to wait for the right moment to strike… just like an attacker.”
